Shank's Extracts and it's employees are members of such trade organizations as Local and National Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), the National Ice Cream Mix Association (NICMA), the National Association of Flavors and Food-Ingredient Systems (NAFFS) and the Society of Flavor Chemists. Our products fall under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products, processes and facilities are further supervised by AIB International, Quality Assurance International (QAI) and the Orthodox Union.
