PCQI: Training in the development and application of risk-based preventive controls to be certified as a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual as required by federal regulation

HACCP Alliance: Training in the food safety management system considered the standard throughout the world

LACF: Certifying registration and compliance with the FDA’s Acidified and Low Acid Canned Foods Process Control

Six Sigma Green Belt: Achieving at least three years of full-time, paid work experience in one or more of this level’s areas, analyzing and solving quality problems to eliminate defects

Formal Auditing: Verifying a targeted food safety program with procedures to address, control and mitigate risks connected to general food and packaging safety, related documentation and employee training

Food Fraud: Ensuring that the malicious intentional adulteration of food does not occur by employees and others engaged with the company; this effort is focused on internal food defense of our employees, and also includes the much bigger risk of fraudulent/adulterated foods from our supply chain/suppliers.
